What nearly every city asks for
- A site plan showing where the shelter goes, with setbacks and easements.
- A designed and engineered shelter (Norman, Yukon and Moore each ask for an engineer's design; see their pages).
- Final inspection, and for site-poured concrete, an inspection before the pour in Norman.
Ask every installer whether the permit fee and drawings are in the quote. More questions to ask · FEMA standards explained · SoonerSafe status
